What We Believe
Using Christ’s teachings as our cornerstone, we believe in the universal acceptance and diversity of all God’s people. As compassionate and loving disciples, we are committed to exemplifying Christian living.
We believe in the Holy Trinity: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Counselor, the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God is Creator, Sovereign, and Lord.
We believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Christ, the Anointed One, the Savior. We believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, who was fully human and fully Divine. We believe that Jesus was the manifestation of God on earth.
We believe that God is love and that God expressed His love to us by sending Jesus from heaven to earth as the perfect, sinless example of unconditional love to all.
We believe that Jesus is the Word of God and the fulfillment of the Old Testament law and prophecies.
We believe that Jesus died for the forgiveness of all our sins, to reconcile us back to God, and that, by believing in Him, we receive salvation and eternal life.
We believe that Jesus is the Gate through which people pass from death to eternal life.
We believe that salvation is a free gift offered to all who believe, given by the grace of God, through Jesus Christ.
We believe that anyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be saved.
We believe that Jesus rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is seated at the right Hand of God.We believe that Jesus will come again at any moment to establish His Godly Kingdom.
We believe in water baptism as a symbol of a person’s repentance of sins.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the evidence of the Holy Spirit by miracles, signs, and wonders.
We believe in the indwelling, and the outpouring, of the Holy Spirit and the expression of Spiritual gifts.
We believe in the 5-Fold Ministry of Apostleship, Prophecy, Evangelism, Pastoring, and Teaching.
We believe in healing through the laying on of hands, through the power in the Name of Jesus.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, and everlasting life.
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.
We believe that the Holy Bible is both literal and symbolic, history and prophecy, contextual and relevant. We believe that the Holy Spirit teaches and guides us as to the interpretation, understanding and application of the Holy Bible
We believe that we have been commissioned to go into all the world, to make disciples, and to teach them to obey all the commands Jesus gave His disciples.
We believe that we have been commissioned to preach the Gospel, the ‘Good News’, to everyone, everywhere, and that anyone who believes and is baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit will be saved.
